Best of all, once we find a buyer, as the landowner, you are the first to be paid. The buyers and the architect/builder team then take over, finalizing a design and construction contract to complete the process. They oversee and manage the construction, while you have already closed on the lot and no longer need to worry about how the project gets completed.

The benefit to you, the landowner, is that your realtor can now market a to-be-built home—complete with state-of-the-art renderings, and backed by a top architect and builder—listed in the “Homes for Sale” section of the Multiple Listing Service, rather than the stagnant “Land for Sale” section that few buyers explore. We work with the premier architects in your market to custom design a home that is suitable for your lot. By maximizing the views and the setting, buyers become energized and envision themselves living in the virtually rendered home our team of architects come up with to help sell your lot. We will select a style and size that we feel is optimal for your lot and your marketplace. Once a buyer comes forward, we work with the architect to customize the home to the buyer’s needs, cementing their connection to the home and the building process.
