(“Elite Referral,” “Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) helps buyers and sellers of luxury real estate locate quality brokers and agents, we reward our clients for using our services, and we are dedicated to establishing trust with our clients. All personal identifying information collected by us will be used for the sole purpose of maintaining relationships and providing referrals, and we will not intentionally release or sell to third-parties your information that is outside of the scope of services that we provide. When you sign up for services with Elite Referral, you use us to provide referral services. Our users are either luxury real estate purchasers or sellers, or brokers of the same. Therefore, depending on your needs, we will furnish your contact details to a relevant broker (if you are a buyer or seller of luxury real estate) or to a relevant buyer or seller of luxury real estate (if you are an eligible broker).

The contact information includes name, address, phone number and email address. We do not collect fees over this website, therefore we do not collect credit card or other financial information from you.

How Do We Collect Personally Identifying Information?

We either collect personally identifying information ourselves, through registration, signup or order forms, or we use a third-party to collect that information on our behalf, only as necessary to conduct a transaction.

We use a tool called “Google Analytics” to collect information about use of this site. Google Analytics collects information such as how often users visit this site, what pages they visit when they do so, and what other sites they used prior to coming to this site. We use the information we get from Google Analytics only to improve this site. Google Analytics collects only the IP address assigned to you on the date you visit this site, rather than your name or other identifying information. We do not combine the information collected through the use of Google Analytics with personally identifiable information. Although Google Analytics plants a permanent cookie on your web browser to identify you as a unique user the next time you visit this site, the cookie cannot be used by anyone but Google. Google’s ability to use and share information collected by Google Analytics about your visits to this site is restricted by the Google Analytics Terms of Use and the Google Privacy Policy. What Do We Use Personally Identifying Information For?

For example, we use personally identifying information to refer a buyer or seller to a broker. We will also send transactional notices to clients, as well as information to users when they have requested it (i.e. they have created alerts).

We may, only to support a particular transaction, release your personally identifying information to a third-party, such as a property appraiser or other vendor, as necessary to help assist with the closing or sale of a luxury property. If we do this, rest assured that we would only release the minimal information necessary to process the relevant transaction, and it would only occur after receiving your permission.

If a client allows us (i.e. by “opt in” when they sign up or register with us), we may send polite marketing messages, such as notices of changes to their subscriptions or announcements of new properties we believe they may find valuable or relevant.

We may aggregate limited demographic information, search behaviors or web traffic patterns. This information will not be tied or traceable to any personally identifying information.

What We Do NOT Use Personally Identifying Information For?

We will never sell, intentionally release or otherwise make available personally identifying information to third parties that are not required for a specific transaction that is requested, unless otherwise compelled by law or court order.

How Do We Protect Your Personally Identifying Information?

We protect personally identifying information in our offices. Our employees are well informed about our privacy practices, and access to customer information is restricted to what is necessary to perform their specific tasks. Moreover, we notify our employees of any changes to our Privacy Statement and corresponding requirements, and we possess policies and procedures to handle privacy complaints and security threats or breaches.

How Can I Review or Make Changes to My Personal Information?

Elite does not make your personal information available on line. To change your personal information, you may contact us, and we would be happy to assist in changing your personal information.

How Are Updates to this Privacy Statement Made?

You should check this website frequently for changes, and we encourage you to contact us with any questions you have about the changes or any of our policies. Rest assured that, without your express consent, we will never materially change our policies and practices to make them less protective of your personally identifying information.
